I hope that my Christmas Wish will still be granted

Good day fellow mylottters, When I was still a child, I always make a christmas wish. That one of the wishes that I always put in the list was for us to have an aircondition unit. That due to the hot weather here in our country, so I am always dreaming of having an aircondition inside our room. Until now that wish was not yet granted. I attempted to buy one unit when I was able to have had my salary increase but my mother refuse and asked me not to buy one. Instead she told me to use an electric fan. Since our electricity consumption was getting higher. I was a bit dissapointed then. Though I know she has a point however, we are using numerous electric fans which is more costly rather than using one airconditioning unit. But what to do, since she is the owner of the house, I need to follow her rules.
