How to make laptop perfomance more faster?

Durabook is my laptop model. Before this,my laptop is in good condition. Not too slow but not bad also. But suddenly my laptop very slow. I have try uninstall software not important and i not use. I have defrag, i have remove software that high load and use software ccleaner to clean my laptop but my laptop still in that condition. I don't want to format my laptop. It waste my time to setup everything again. Is my laptop injected by virus or mylotter have other suggestion for help me?

Since you already defrag and clean cookies on your laptop, I saw three possibilities: 1. Check your browser. Some browser eat/use processor in high capacity. 2. Check your Anti virus. Some anti virus use your RAM in high capacity. 3. It also possible that your computer already infected. Scan your laptop in safe mode. I hope these could help.

I don't know if my browser and my antivirus was the problem because this browser i have use for month without problem. I will try scan in safe mode.
