There is this doctor who lives in my colony. His bungalow is opposite to our building. He has a Pomeranian doggy. This doggy and me has crossed road few times and that time doggy was cool.Once even it came near to me and tried to lick my leg and wagged his tail.
Then this morning when i started my bike to go to morning walk to near by hill ,doggy jumped out from compound and barked on me.He chased my bike and tried to bite my leg.I was saved as i was wearing my jogging shoe. But god that scare hell out of me.
I am wondering why this doggy did that. How come he wag tail in front of me and next day chase me as i am some thief or beggar.Btw his owner is psycho too.I know because i was working there part time under him for few months and his daughter was my friend. So i know him personally.
Do you think doggies has impact of their owner and they end up becoming psycho too after living with them?

I have a dog that is a rescue dog and she has phobias, the two phobias that she has is, when a persons is leaving our house and she hears the word bye, as she has been left in a house on her own to fend for herself, the other phobia is bikes, as she was knocked over and injured by a bike. She gets mad when she sees a bike, also when a person leaves the house, she tries to drag them back in the door.If i had not homed her she would have been put to sleep.

The dog was barking at the bike, not you. Don't know why some dogs don't like bikes, maybe they make an unacceptable noise in their ears. Or maybe it's the size of the bike that they don't like. I was biking once and had a big dog (German Shepherd, I think it was) that did bite me on the leg. We had to call the owner to make sure he'd had all of his immunizations. I'm sure if you meet the dog again without the bike that he'll be just as friendly as originally.

I don't what happened to the dog, because as far as I know dog can recognize a person even in the dark. Simple because of their visual ability. Yes, you're maybe he was influence by the owner. hahaha!

Well, do you hate dogs in any way? Dogs have an uncanny nack of getting a grab of person's inside as to whether they love dogs or hate them. I'm not so fond of dogs, although I don't hate them, but I am scared of dog because when I was a kid one dog bit me on my leg and I had to take 14 tetanus injections. Nowadays we take only one I guess if you're unfortunate enough to have been bitten by dog. Medical science was lagging behind at that time so I had taken 14 (god I don't want to remember those days when I had to take injections on the sensitive areas). My neighbors dog don't like my company at all and always don't leave any stone unturned to bark at me whenever he sees me. Whenever I stand in my terrace in the morning having a look at the surrounding and his owner carry him to take a walk in the morning, he by forgetting everything starts barking at me. I'm not sure how it depends on the owner or whether he'd have taught the dog such absurd things, but probably dogs hate people who don't like them or are not caring towards them. Wagging tail against you sounds funny to me, I don't understand what this dog was up to seriously, it seems like the psycho nature of your neighbor had a serious impact on his dog.

Strange sweetie.
As i understand it, the dog's suppose to know you by now.
Maybe it's his funky owner.
