Yes I want to talk about bread. L.O.L. 
Well you know how they have the crustless bread? What is up with that? Why? Some people don't like it. Me I don't mind it. I think it was a way fot hte bread people L.O.L. Yes the bread people to make an extra $$$ 
O my I am cracking myself up! Hope this makes your day too. And what about th part they call the heel? Do you eat that part? Well I do. I think I have lost it!

I have tried twice to post a response to your discussion, friend. I love bread and use it all. I even use stale bread as bread crumbs or bread puddings. The crustless bread is something I buy seldom as it´s a lot more expensive.

I love bread pudding and I use to make it all the time but My mind has forgot how to do it!

Im soak stale bread in milk until soft. Make some caramel (sugar and water) in a tin or aluminum mold. I place the bread, 3 eggs, 1/2 a can of sweetened condensed milk and grated orange rind or vanella in a blender. Pour the blended dough in the mold. Add raisins or/and some chocolate if you wish and to the oven. It´s awesome and easy.

I love bread and all the time, I usually freeze some of it as it is only two of us and can tend to spoil here. What we call the heel is the butt of the bread. lol It is in Spanish that we say it.
I don't buy the crust-less one although I am a crust less bread eater.

oh yes we can talk about bread. I love bread. I eat the crust the heel and all in between. The crust is the best part to me, especially when it is toasted or broiled. And 5 cheese Texas toast...OMG I am in heaven!! Bread is awesome and it doesnt mess up your diet if anything it keeps you full longer.
