Dear Friend,
This time, I am going to mention types of boss according to my recent research, here they are :
1. A boastful boss : is a boss who like boasting his or her pride.
2. A stingy boss : is a boss who pay a very small allowance, salary.
3. A coward boss : is a boss who leave or get away when the company indeed in the need of his or attention.
4. A childish boss : is a boss who needs to be directed or summoned.
5. A stupid boss : is a boss who does not have knowledge to run ideas, no marketing skill.
6. A suspect boss : is a boss who likes to suspect his or her staff.
7. A careless boss : is a boss who only cares about moneys, employee is money machine.
8. A gossip boss : is a boss who keeps smiling and talking unnecessary topic.

None of those is my boss. 
I am glad, i have found a boss who is considerate, kind , generous and shows concern to her staff. My boss is someone that hears what i have to suggest for the betterment of the company.

hi there sija!
all of these are negative traits of a boss.
well, if these are the qualities of a boss then i am glad i am not under anyone like them. i am self employed.
but if asked what type of boss i am then i am not qualified to any of these.
i am much of the autocratic boss. lol! but am very considerate too when given with reasonable reasons. 
a balance of an autocratic type and democratic type of leadership.this type is said to be a successful type of leadership.

I started writing the negative types of boss. I will some similar with good qualities boss. I was so frustrated with my boss, he always suspect his staff everyday. All the types refer to my boss only. Okay

My previous Boss is more like a "Leader"!
When you talk about what is leadership compared to a Manager (or a Boss) She is the answer. :)
Unfortunately, her replacement (my current boss) perfectly fits in the "Stupid" category; although, I am not with this title of such category a more appropriate one should be "not welling to learn"..... :)
As they think they know everything and can solve any problem!
Poor me and my team :(.

All of those seem very negative. I consider my leadership style to be 'The Doer'. Which pretty much means I like to do everything because I kow it will get done. I have a problem passing things along and delegating to others. My chief constantly stays on me about this. I am getting better at it but it takes time. Based on what I just said I would have to say I am a suspect boss...because I always suspect you are not going to do as I tell you to do and then I have to follow up on you because you can't do as you are told.

You haven't understood or haven't been able to see what type of people you are asking to work for. They don't give a good leadership to his employee, they just talked and talk, no action. The staff need a boss who is able to direct them into a method of know how to do a job with proper way which is sure and economically profiting. It's not a waste of time.
I like working. I need a direction and am always open and welcome to criticism. It's a good thing.
I am not a loyal and the best person in my company. I am doing my proportion at work. So, everything is fine though.
