I am trying to link my Amazon account to my Hubpages to increase my earnings. But I am facing two problems there. 1. It says that I will have to sign up for the U.S. Locale Amazon Associates Program. Does this mean it is only for the citizens and residents of the US and not for any other countries. (I am from India) 2. Is the Amazon and the Amazon Associates account two different things. Because, I can't go to the Amazon Associates account from my Amazon account. Please guide me.
