7 year old girl as designated driver while dad is drunk

a dad who is too drunk to drive use his 7 year old daughter as designated driver it happen in detroit when they went out to quick mart store to buy gas the drunk dad told the clerk pump 9 please but the clerk was shocked to see a 7 year old girl as designated driver the clerk wasn't amuse so he decided to call 911 and told the police that 7 year old girl was the designated driver for the drunken dad after they left the cops finally pulled the driver of the van the police officer was surprise to see a 7 yearold girl driving the 7 year old girl quoted that is she driving pretty good ? but they arrested the drunk dad the police officer wasn't too happy.

Well, I think this is further evidence that you don't make good decisions after drinking. I'm sure there isn't much that I can say besides the obvious statements.
