How to request a payment from paypal?

Anyone here have seen the new changes opinion outpost did? they add paypal as a payment option which is very exciting but i can't redeem my points.! I have 100 points already and when i click redeem it tells me paypal and how to redeem but it doesn't let me claim.

It worked for me today. The payment system works like Survey Spot's system now where you make a claim and have to login to PayPal to verify the payment (which is instant). Maybe they were still getting the kinks out of the system when you tried to get paid.

in paypal, payer may dispute and the money backs to him, max 60 days. if u wnat to withdraw money fro ur paypal, u must verify ur accont, then tranfer the money to bank in ur country

what do you mean? where you want to cashout via paypal? at mylot or other site? i think if you want to request payment just "withdraw" and you can take from your country's bank.
