There's this really cute doll called Blythe, she's japanese, very expensive but insanely cute and there are many women that are into that, they are not only teenagers! But older than 30 too.
Times are changing, now we have little and big girls :D
I'm tempted on having this doll!
It's really cute, I'm sure you all saw her once or twice, she has this hudge head with big round eyes.
Great day, happy MyLotting!

I am not surprised to hear that. Today there are really expensive dolls for adults. There is a doll called "BJD" (ball-jointed doll) and it is quite expensive. You can make her nice dresses and you can even have makeup for it. It is so amazing. This doll is so beautiful since I have seen some pictures about it. I wish I could have one but it is so expensive.
I love China

I'm so glad to create this topic because I'll have to check this doll!
The special thing about Blythe is that there's a hudge community, although the doll is japanese, there are people all over the world that have them and they take pictures, take Blythes to travel with them and the dolls are like models posing for pictures and also they create a story. As a writer (amateur) I found that fascinating, lol! I thought it was so weird but then years passed and I understand it more, really fun indeed...
Hope you can buy and play with a doll, are you planning to?

HI katie: I have always thought that we have a little child inside of us. We keep a part of our childhood with us. It would be sad if we were completely adults. So if this made her happy good for her, that's her hobby. I love playing videogames so I think that's my way to express this part of my childhood.

Indeed, I found it weird, more a little funny but them I always check on them again and now I understand why they love Blythe: you take pictures of her, creates her personality and a story. It's not like the owners plaaaaay with the doll like plaaaaying, lol, that'd be weird but to create a story and a personality of her? That's really appealing!
Lol
Is the doll you want famous? I hope you can buy.
Blythe is minimum 100 dollars and it needs customization, to begin with her face is all shining and that it's not really cute.

I were you, I wished I'll have it too.
Why not, as long as it makes me happy.
Some accesories like a kitchen or yard, will complete too.

Yes dear, I'm trying to learn about cold porcelain cause when or if I buy a doll, still thinking, I will make a studio for her, like take her pictures with her bedroom behind...I'm actually finding more fun to know more about room boxes, that means little cenarios for dolls and I'm tempted to do it.
I just made a cake out of cold porcelain and it's well...ridiculous, but I'll try again. LOL
