Psychology expert says, that one the best way to improve ourselves is to detect error and deficiencies that exist within us. For that, i try to identify and calculating the errors that i've ever done, and to identify my shortcomings. I hope to produce something positive after i did that. How do you think about it? Do you also feel the need to do that, and have you ever done to improve yourself and your life?

Well the premiss seems okay, but how would you be able to verify every mistake that you ever done? I mean, we do forget things we did years ago, so making an assessment is would be sort of difficult. I can see if it was that you took stock in yourself and decided to say okay, in the last year, what mistakes did I make, how have I acted toward myself and others. Then it makes sense. I also believe that we as people keep on learning as we move forward anyway. There is always room for improvement.

I see where you're coming from. That is a good idea, it's like taking stock in yourself and working out all the kinks. But, ultimately, we all have to do whats right for us.

What we should do is to do kindness to other peoples as many as you can and if you already doing this maybe you may not calculating the mistakes

I think we made a mistake not only to others, but even to ourselves, and maybe we ever done something that it had ruined ourselves

Chances are that in the end its all a matter of knowing what's right only that the past mistakes help reinforce the accuracy in making decisions in the present. Sometimes your past mistakes will only cloud your mind and thus overlook the lessons from the mistakes you haven't made.

Yes anytime I feel strongly about an error I might have made, I do reassess what exactly took place so that I can identify and understand so that it does not become a continual habit. I am not perfect and still make mistakes but what I do like is that by reassessing it allows me to accept and move forward without have begrudging thoughts.

Well all the people here in this world have mistakes, small or big. But i think that's a good idea. I will try that. Hehehehehe.. But sometimes i just think what i do good for someone. I did not mind what mistake i make. Because everytime i make mistake i make it right and say sorry to someone i hurt..
