good day,
i am really disappointed to what is happening to my life for the past months. wherein, i have chosen to redirect my career path so we can start up the family business that we are aiming long time ago. as this plan was built since our younger days - where my mother who will be the manager, myself, my brother, my two other sisters - who have planned this. and since i was the eldest, so, i have initiated it as early as possible since i already have the capacity and means and that only a moral support that i need. but, as the months passes by, they slowly turning their backs from me.
i was so upset for what has been taking place. that, one day, i just find myself alone on the plan. that, what has been planned somehow all gone. and now, i am already here trapped in the situation that i am dealing with. i just have told to myself, what i did, was completely a wrong moved. that i should not have redirect my career path for those guys. that i should not act and be such a hero to do the first move in establishing our family business.

Hey, so what if you're left alone managing your business? At least you have all the rights of your business' profits. :) People change their minds all the time. Yes maybe before they are as excited as you to establish a family business but as time goes by, plans and priorities change. I'm sure they have good reasons why they left you managing your business. Maybe you're better off without them. So cheer up airasheila.

It is good really if they have a valid reason. But, they have had left me without any good reason at all. It is just, they turn their back far from me. But, I believed, God is with me to be my companion.

dont worry dear and dont lose heart, you can rely on all of us for advice. This will make you more strong and self reliant. my husband always says that the right hand should not trust the left and that we should sleep on our own pillow, not some else or they will pull it off. so be brave and go ahead, i will pray for your bright future. when you have success, hey will come back, but then you will know their real nature, so be wise.

Hi aireaseila. It appears to me that it was not based on detailed threadbare discussion. I know you would expect any one who hears you would sympathize with you but there could always be many sides to a happening. So I am just suggesting that it is always better to look at it dispassionately. Of course, you would also know best: if you have been more sinned against than sinning. But the fact that all of them have deserted you may also mean that there was possibly something grossly wrong somewhere. But I agree it has hurt your cause and put so much burden on you. It may not be a bad idea to be open with them and ask them to get together & discuss if some common ground can be made for the benefit of every one. I'm sure even if that fails, there is always a way for the honest & sincere person.

Maybe you can try talking it out with your family members and ask them what's going on with them. Ask them why they haven't been very active in doing the business. Maybe they are just busy with other things. If they can't really help you and you think you can manage it by yourself, then why not? At least it's your own business.

Just pray to god or pray inside your heart and do what you are meant for doing, to earn money name and to setup you first family business, that's what will give you the power of living in this cruel world .
Believe me friend, once I was also thinking like this but I failed myself and now I think If I had only been confident that time of being what I wanted too it was all started there and now I also had that business what others are running and feel guilty from inside and if you don't want to feel like that be stand up for your own cause and and first start it then plan it...
