Do You Always Eat Some Fast Food For Dinner?!

Good afternoon,you guys! Nowadays,there are too many people not only 9-to-5ers but also any others like students,drivers and even some people without works usually eat some fast food for dinner,most of them just wanna save time,else maybe too lazy to do some cooking. In effect,hardly all fast food are junk food that are not good for our health,and people themselves must have known that,but they don't care about that neither because of various aspects of reasons just as they think they are strong enough to eat such little junk food or it doesn't matter to eat once for earning money because the slight change is imperceptible. In my opinion,you could earn money slowly and start over some important things in you sight,but you shouldn't put aside your own health because it's youselves and life is just once,don't begin to treasure your health just after you have been ill! You had better prepare for your lunch last tonight together with your supper and take it to your office if you are a 9-to-5er and have no time to go out for your dinner,however,why not love yourself more and do some cooking for yourself if you have much more time?! I always ate some fast food during my school days and there would be something wrong with my stomache,then I have begun to do some cooking and had dinners on time everyday since I worked.My body is now better than before! So,please don't eat fast food and treasure your own health! Have a good weekend!^_^

Hello July. I don't cook at home. I eat outside or order deliveries. Most of the times, I eat at my favorite restaurants. Seldom at fast food places. I sometimes have to work till late hours, on those days I would drop in at fast food stalls. That's just once in a while.

I order fast food for dinner when I am so hungry and I want to feel full easily Fast food make me feel very full after eating, that is why I love ordering it. I carve fast food these days, especially burgers and chicken . The problem with me, if I don't eat the food that I crave for, it won't leave my mind unless I will surely eat it. So of course, I'm forced to buy it lol.

Hi JulyKing, it's true that it's not only convenient it's yummy as well to take fast food as meal. Yeah, especially kids and teens they love those junk foods, eg fried chicken, hamburgers, french fries very much and dislike nutritious vegetables and fruits. For the purpose of healthy I would like to get fast food for one of the three meals for my kids once in a while only. This is just to satisfy the great lust of taking fast food like their friends do. This most would happen when the hectic schedules keep me too busy and couldn't eke out little while to prepare homemade meal. I think it's no harm to take them occasionally. Yeah, when it comes to the three important daily meals, our top priority is not considering how delicious the savor of the dish is and how convenience to prepare it, but considering the health of us. We will live a happy and healthy life if we have our meals healthily and nutritiously as well as hygienically Happy posting and have a nice day

I used to have a fast food dinner once or twice a week when I was still working. This was because of the hours of my work and I did not want to cook when I got home. Sometimes it's more convenient to just grab something to eat. And true enough, not all fast food is junk food. It really depends on the choices that you make. Sometimes instead of grabbing a burger and fries, I would go to the grocery and grab salads on the go. In my country, these are less expensive than those sold in restaurants and much fresher.

I eat at fast food places a lot! Maybe once a week or so. I live alone and really don't like to cook, so if I am out, I will go thru a drive thru. I get salads or something else like that. It is fast food but it is sort of healthy. I rarely eat burgers or any kind of sandwich and never fries!

Well, preferably since I am always on the run so much, and have to rely on Fast Food a lot of the time, I would prefer a home cooked meal most of the time for dinner, but due to the busy schedule and working swing there are a lot of days I have to rely on either Fast Food, or chili or soup from a can. But in reality a home cooked meal does really taste a lot better and definately better for you as well.

I am always home, so i cook my meal every day.Some times my hatband would bring home KFC,but i rather my home cook meal. Am not being mean are but, i just love home cook meal for dinner.my son love fast food,but i don't want him to feed on so much grease. and i don't want him to get fat,so i want him to stop eat kfc for a while.

Fastfood - Fastfood is unhealthy.
I agree with you. Indeed this really somethings every one should take into consideration. Based on your experience fastfood is not really healthy and we should avoid the habit of eating just all fastfood because we are too lazy to prepare food in our own kitchen. Those who depend on fastfood will surely pay the price so better beware.

not really fast food but i used to eat at one place most of the time. kind of eating almost the same food on the menu for days. i work at night and i get to have little time to prepare for food or look for some good food. i just buy whatever's simple and can be eaten on the go.

I never eat fast food for dinner.We always eat food prepared in the house for lunch and dinner.Rarely,once in a few months we get a Pizza for dinner.But its mostly home cooked food for dinner.

Funnily enough, I rarely eat fast food for dinner. I don't really eat fast food all that much as much as I used to. In fact the times that I do, fast food is really just like a lunch thing. It is really not a dinner thing for me to say the very least. So yeah, every now and then I might treat myself to something fast food for lunch. It's a combination of health issues to my body but also fast food can cause a lot of health issues to your money as well as it can be pricey if you don't watch it. Still for me its lunch and not a dinner thing.

When I eat fast food my stomach hurt because of this I don't eat this frecuently.However, I think that fast food isn’t healthy enough because it does not compose a balanced diet and is low in nutrition. Doctors suggest that people should avoid eating too much fast food. Although home cooking is time-consuming and following washing-u p tiresome, it offers healthy and delicious meals your body likes and needs. Fast food I s only a good choice when you are in a hurry and we should turn to it only once in awhile. You are smart to eat it once in a while.

I seldom eat fast food I don't like the taste. I like to cook myself so I know what I am eating. Also it's way cheaper to cook myself and it's fun as well to try out new recipes.

My mom orders food from fast food chains whenever she's so tired or too lazy to cook. This happens at least five times a month. I honestly enjoy foods from fast food. I am aware of the negative effects it can cause to my health but old habits are just hard to break. There are times that I find myself craving for a burger in Burger King or pizza from Yellow Cab. I'm still young and I know I should start doing away with these kind of foods as early as now to prevent further health complications when a get older. Fast food chains not only has negative contributions to our health but also in our environment. They are the number one users of plastics and styros that are incredibly destructive to the environment.
