Swimming is the Best Exercise

According to research, swimming claims the spot of being the best work out for our body. It is because all our body parts are moving at the same time. It is rare to get hurt during swimming.
Back in our town here in the Philippines, we are close to beaches. Almost every week when I was a kid, me and my family go off to beaches. Because of that, I began to like swimming. Until now, I had developed my interest on swimming.
My fellow friends and mylotters, do you believe also that swimming is the best exercise? Do you have an interest on swimming?

I agree with you.
Swimming is the best exercise for me. I have scoliosis and it helps relieve my back from pain. The strokes in swimming increases my back muscle strength and prevents the curve fro getting worse. It also makes my lungs and immune system stronger. I used to compete in college and I miss the thrill of swim competitions.
My son love swimming too. It is his favorite sport and he's really good at it. I hope we can swim everyday but there is no covered pool near our house. Too much sun exposure is not healthy for the skin. My son is fair-skinned so he burns easily even if he has sunblock spf 75 on.
Summer is almost here in our country and swimming will be popular again.

Is it? Well i think they have good reasons to say so. Indeed swimming has proven to be beneficial for our respiratory system and even in cardiovascular. I myself do enjoy this activity along with my family. This is the reason why whenever we have time, we always go to a resort to have real fun only swimming could give.

Personally, I don't have very much interesting in the sport of swimming. But I do agree that swimming is pretty good exercise for people to do. Because all your body parts and muscles get a good work out when you are in the pool. I guess the water pressure makes good resistance for the body.

I love to swim we a pool here and I use o swim whenever is not cold the water, since I was a child I felt so atractive to the water I love to the beach too,and I had swimming class in the university,so I always have fun in the water, I think is a great exercise because while you swim you are moving all your body.
I firmly believe that swimming is the best exercise that anyone of any age can do.. young and old participants can get in the action of swimming. You rarely get hurt if ever and its alot of fun. You also tend to lose a lot of weight more easily because underwater, your body is able to lift stronger weights and therefore; exercise stronger and harder and not realize it. This is especially good for people who struggle to work out. For Overweight children, it would be a great advantage to them to work out this way because you can make it look like a contest than a workout. For Elderly Folks, they would like it because they can go at their own pace and not get hot and sweaty or they can hold on to the side and kick their feet and they are actually working out. For young adults who swim laps, it is perfect to get a good workout in the peace and quiet of your lane as you are swimming to the of the Butterfly Medley to find that you just beat your partner by 0.950 sec and the best 2 out of 3 buys lunch. Back into the cool water again. What a great exercise indeed.

I agree, swimming is the best exercise. I am so lazy to go to the gym to exercise, so I just chose to go swimming. It is really great, I feel so healthy whenever I go swimming. I try to swim three times in a week and it really helped me a lot. The thing I first noticed is I gained some muscles in my arms, and I kind of did not like having some muscles. So I decrease the times I use my arms when swimming.

Hi there fellow Filipino!
I agree. I actually wanted to swim to get my body in good shape. It's fun, challenging and comfortable enough because you can't feel you icky sweat all over your body.
I think it's one of the best exercise. I have interest in swimming but I'm too shy to be seen in a swimsuit, and I don't have the time to go swim.

I agree with you. Swimming is suitable for everybody. It is a sports which for our whole body. So it is very healthy. It seems to cure many healthy problems if you can keep on swimming all the time. I envy you since you are close to the beaches. I wish I could live somewhere like that. I can go to the beach when I have a travel.

yes, I also believe that it is one of the best exercises for the body, with the same reason as the research. And because the water makes us exert more effort too- they are lie weights. Too bad I don't now how to swim- my parents made me take classes when i was a kid, but i din't learn at all.

I personally do not have a great interest in swimming. However I agree with you on the fact that it is the best sport healthy for our body. Obviously without exaggeration !

I agree but i think you should swim with an Earplugs, I didn't and i got Ear infection, Now i an swimming only with Earplugs.
I think it is very important to crawl swim

I do agree with you friend. As all the body parts are working hard during swimming this will be good exercise for every one even for children. Children they enjoy playing in water and also do exercise which helps in their growth and development. I love swimming as i love playing in water. But i don't know how to swim. I tried alot at my childhood but i can't make that..

Yeah swimming is good for our body.i do love to swim,go to beaches or any bodies of water but not a good swimmer and still i love to swim and to be in water.
