Not recieved google adsense pin yet...?

Friends i am in big trouble. Hope you all can help me. I am from India and i provided my friend's address in google adsense account but i didn't received the pin till yet. I have applied for the pin two times then too i didn't receive it. What to do now...? As i can't provide my address because i have been disabled by adsense once before. The account which was disabled contains my address. So can i provide my address instead of my friend's address...? Will my account be disabled or not...? What if i keep my friend's address on my adsense account, can i verify my address through the scanned copy of a address proof. Will it be possible...? Because google says the scanned copy of a address proof must contain payee name mentioned in your account. But that can't be possible in my case because i have mentioned my name as a payee and a friend's address. So anybody have any solution for all these problem...?
