yes you read it right my friends. i saw in the news that here in the Philippines, there are also people who are living in the cemeteries. they reside at the mausoleums that are in the cemetery too. or they live in the little buildings where the coffins are at. they have been living there for years and some even have little stores for their living. they are not anymore afraid of the dead because the dead cannot do harm and they said that those are alive should be feared because those can make you dead

It is so sad that anyone should have to live this way, I have always thought that churches should open their doors to the homeless, I believe this is the way they should be doing the work they are supposed to be doing....

yes it would be nice if everyone had food and shelter...

no matter how small the shelter is as long as it can protect from rain and intense heat. no matter how little the food is as long as there is food that can fill the stomach for the meantime.

very sad indeed. but then what can they do. they dont have the money to build a house let alone to buy land and sustain for their everyday food. i hope our government does something to this.

yes, a major2 land problem. actually there is a lot of land but those are already titled lots and i am sure the owners of those lots would like to earn a lot of money from it.

I have heard about this and even have seen people in our area do the same. It is sad to note indeed that these things are happening. I guess, that they really do not have a choice. Perhaps they do not have a house to live in to and that finding those places in the cemetery will surely provide them shelter and as what they say... a house to live.

i think it is better there because they have a roof that can provide safety from the rain and the intense heat rather than living in the streets. a sad reality indeed but then the government does not act on it anyhow.

Yes, we do have those kind of people that lived in the cemeteries. Rich people from a certain ethnicity usually build huge tombs. If they haven't visited the tombs for a long time then people who didn't have house (usually old people)thought that the tombs can be lived in as their house.

I think it is common problems in developing country. Many people from countryside went to the city and can not find appropriate job. They hardly afford to have place to live so they choose to live there. The government should enforce the rule and provide more job at countryside so it is not necessary to go to city and make more problems there.

i agree with you micro! the government should give more jobs in the provinces so that there is no need to go to the big cities where they end up jobless and living in slums.
