Have you ever thought of reasons why people's teeth are the way they are. I do, in my beleif people who are usually irresponsible in life are the one's that get tooth decay and they are usually the one's who eath unhealthy and teeth degrading food. SO for all of us out there wondering on a late stage what happened to our teeth, let us look deeper into ourselves who we are and what we did to ourselves to suffer not only broken and decaying teeth but also bad health. Are you a bad eater with bad teeth, what will you do to right this wrong.

Consult your dentist, brush your teeth everyday, drink milk, etc etc... that's the only thing I can recommend to have a healthy teeth.

I think it would be best for you to brush regularly to make sure all your teeth are clean and healthy. They say that you should also floss your teeth too. But I just find it really difficult to do. Plus you have to eat healthier foods to make sure your teeth don't decay as fast and stay strong for a long time.

Yesterday --I read a point-- it is necessary for one to brush his teeth before taking coffee/tea because germs are formed over night. For me teeth are fine--except once I had to get a bad tooth removed. Avoid chocolates too much. Brush your teeth or at least gargle hot water after eating food/snacks. This will help one keeping his teeth in excellent condition.

I agree with you. What our teeth are is what we are. When we are responsible our teeth won't be decayed, but if we are irresponsible our teeth will be decayed and dirty. I am very glad that my teeth are still complete.I always brush my teeth so they are still very strong and complete.I also don't eat too many sweets. I love my teeth.:)

This has something to do with parenting. A child start developing permanent teeth by the time he or she is only six to seven years old. That time, most of them don't have a choice of what they take and need to be reminded to brush their teeth. The parents are responsible for the food that they eat. If you decide to buy sweet, sugarly things for your children, then you need to take the blame when your child grow up. For adult, that your own choice. If you think, smiling with teethless mouth is fun, no one can question your choice.
