Does anyone have children that play sports? If so, which do you recommend for the child that has to wear glasses? I know contacts are expensive, but I hear that the sport goggles/glasses ended up getting broke all the time. What are you opinions?

Sorry, but our daughter is still young and not ready for school yet. I heard though that sport glasses are good, and yes you have to be carefull with them because they can get broken. I would go with those if you still can't afford contact lenses.

Thanks for sharing :-] I really just don't want to have the expense of getting contacts for an entire year. My oldest son has them for now, guess once he leaves the home then I will check into getting them for the youngest. I also don't yet trust the younger one of taking them out like he needs to at night. He still falls asleep with his glasses on.
