Does anyone know this brand 'Quails' ?

I went to Jersey Gardens, NJ, USA last weekend and I found that there is a store named 'Quails' that sells Men's suit very cheap. Almost one third the price of H&M. But I have never heard about this brand. I searched online but find nearly nothing about it. Does anyone ever bought clothes from there or know something about this brand?
