For coffee lovers and tea, you may also face the problem of yellowing teeth. Some of you probably already have it soon. Some people have tried various ways, but there are no changes. Tired of doing.If so, I want to help you to add another way of whitening teeth. Hope you are troubled that, willing to try so. Who knows, your efforts will bear fruit. How to whiten teeth is recommended to take advantage of available nutrients in strawberries.Posted strawberries contain acid that acts as a whitening properties. In which it is able to eliminate the effects of food such as coffee and tea. Is it Clear? So, to whiten your teeth,just follow the following steps; 1. Take a strawberry. 2. Then, crushed with your fingers(keep your fingers clean). 3. Rub the crushed strawberries on the yellow teeth. 4. Leave it on for a while in 2 minutes. 5. Finally, rinse your teeth and then clean my teeth as usual. Hopefully this tips can help you to whiten your teeth...

Wow, thanks for the tip! I will try to do that once I get a strawberry. Too bad its a bit hard to get one here, and a bit expensive too. Thanks anyway.

Thanks for sharing these. I don't like strawberries too much and sometimes friends are just giving it from Baguio City. Now, I have a good use for the leftovers.

That is such a good idea! Thank you for sharing this information with us. My teeth aren't very yellow since I don't smoke or drink coffee, but I'm going to remember this in the future for when I do need to whiten them. I'm sure one day I'll want to, and this sounds so much more natural than those horribly damaging whitening strips!
