More Proof that the Occupy Movement is just anti worker.

The Occupy movement just plain hates work, and workers. As far as they are concerned, the higher the unemployment rate the better. They are just a hate group... nothing more.
Occupy Oakland has declared "Victory" because they shut down the Port of Oakland, one of the West Coast's major shipping ports.
How did they shut it down? By keeping the workers from getting to work.
Go ahead and "support" the movement all you want.. and when you lose your job, thank them for their hatred of you.

Well my local Occupy is starting to run into trouble it seems that people aren't volunteering to work at the camp to you know keep it clean, Cook food and do other things that need doing and the people who are committed to doing this are the only ones that are doing all the work and some of them are getting not so happy about it. This movement has a lot of steam going into it as it was picking up some Tea Party Patriots that didn't like the slant of Christianity or that they couldn't get into a conversation with anyone without them going oh your a racist or how could you support Sarah Palin.
(Only a number of times you can tell people that they have completely missed the point of the Tea Party Movement)
This movement I was for hey it was a new start and maybe just maybe it could see what the Tea Party did wrong in some ways and improve upon it but the first day in my local one I could see the splinters start. The issue with the Occupy movement is that it is trying to get people to have no real message just to be angry or it wants to have a unified message for all the different areas this issue is this movement has attracted many people from many different view points that don't agree really on much.
The Tea Party in some ways is stronger in that it has a central movement hub that says what it is all about.
The Occupies don't and every occupy is their for different than the ones that are going on in other parts of the Country no unified message and no unified Idea of what is really wrong with this country.
As for Occupy Oakland they are having a lot of issues down there because they refuse to control what they are doing as in the people in the Movement so they are having far to many police encounters. today was a General Strike.

Do you know how busy that port is? How many jobs the products being kept from transport that represents?
If the port workers were part of this, then there should be a lot of job openings at the port... as of today.

I know it is one of the biggest on the West Coast. I mean the only one I know is bigger is Seattle.
I know it also represents a lot of jobs. But all I know is that a General Strike was voted on and several Unions approved of it so at least some of the Unions in the Oakland area called for a General Strike of the workers which people followed. To avoid being scabs.

I read an article that said port workers didn't have specific shifts, but basically had flex time so they could work when they wanted. There were less port workers than usual yesterday, but plenty still came to work before the anti-capitalist protesters made their jobs impossible.

And the exports going out? Who needs them? And the trucker drivers who got stuck there while the whiners and "occupiers" played their silly little games? Who cares. Right?
The Occupiers got a victory here! lol

They are nothing more then Communist lazy b*ms who think that work is a four letter word equivalent to the F- word. They are like those hippies who were in the 60s and ruined it for everybody because they now control the media and many of them are in power, I mean the leftists and Democrats. I think they want everyone else to be poor, but when it comes down to the facts, they want themselves to have the money, but everyone else is not worthy of more then a below minimum income.

I was reading and watching interviews with truckers that were mad as he1l. They were saying how they get paid by the job, and these thugs are preventing them from completing their job. The poor truckers are NOT hourly employees so they are literally LOSING MONEY thanks to the anti-capitalist jerks blocking the port.

Truckers are in the 1% anyway, so what do the bums care?

I don't care what percentile they fall in but we ALL need the truckers to do their jobs. I question the percentages anyway. 1% might be the very wealthy. But then we have the very poor, elderly and handicapped who really are unable to work and rely on help...not sure of that percentage but then there is another category of those that are able to work and have figured out the system and use it in such a way that they are able to live quite fine and better than many of us who work & so much so that they really have no desire to work...they are a percentage all their own.

The socialists won't sleep until they rule the world. The fact they've failed so badly in the past means nothing to them.
