For quite a few years now I and my close family members know that I suffer from seasonal depression and social anxiety disorder too. They all do there very best to help me through this tough stuff all the time and I believe I am doing the best I can too considering how hard it is at times. I too have been gossiped about but most will not confront me about it they usually ask my family members instead. Therapy and medication, plus some great tools I have learned over the years from therapy sessions have continued to aide me in further growth. I do hope one day to be less fearful and more Independent this time is not yet here, I'm sure we will all know when it comes for me though I remain hopeful for this to happen:)

Sorry for, most of us still have those problem too. The only difference it that we are able to overcome and hide them from the naked eyes, yet deep inside us, we are consumed by them. Hope that you can be able to overcome your fear and nervousness. Good luck and God bless you.

I too suffer depression and anxiety. I try to think positively to ward off negative thoughts but they're hard to overcome sometimes. I'm thankful for my kids who are my inspiration and they help me keep on the right track, otherwise I would have lost my mind. Music helps me too to soothe my mood and get me through another day. Good luck to us both that we may eventually conquer depression and anxiety.
