Howl's Moving Castle: an anime movie filled with enchantment

Yes! Enchanting as it can be! Howl's Moving Castle is one of the best anime movies I have ever seen in my whole life. The characters are very well-thought of and the charm of Howl is overflowing. How do you rate Howl's Moving Castle in a scale of 1 to 10, 10 as the highest?

LOL, it's nothing like any other anime. It's actually based on a book. You can research that and you'll see many differences between the story in the book and the anime. Miyazaki, being the one who directed this film, is absolutely amazing!

I love that anime movie too. It was around 5 years ago when I first watched it. I would give it a rating of 8.5 because of the beautiful animation and the entertainment it gave me. The story is simple yet magical, enough reasons to make me love the movie.

I would agree on the 8.5 rating. I think Howl's Moving Castle is an amazing movie. It is probably one of my favorites from Ghibili Studios. The story is beautiful and enchanting. It was the second Ghibili movie that I seen, Totoro was my first, and it helped confirm my love for Miyazaki.

Great movie isn't it? Have you seen the recent movie by Ghibli Studio, "The Secret World of Arriety?" I love it even more. Very magical, wonderful, and entertaining to watch. Ghibli Studio movies never fail to bring the child out of me.

I simply love Howl's Moving Castle. It was one of the cutest movies I have ever seen and I would love to see it again. The magic and mystical nature of Howl's is so wonderful. I can't wait to share Howl's and other Ghibili studio films with my children.

I rate it 8 or 9- I saw the English dubbed version in which the voices were a little weird- 
Nevertheless I love he story, the tw hours I spent watching it was not wasted at all since it was yes, enchanting and kept me hooked until the end... 
but i would have wanted to see more romance.

I would have to say this is one of my favorite Miazaki films. Though My neighbor Totoro is my alltime favorite. But Howl's is such a cute movie, I watched it with my kitty the other night. Ive been spending every night watching one Ghibli film each night. I love the charm and whimsy of their movies.

This is a lot like Princess Minonoke and Spirited away, which deal with the real and spirit world, nature and technology. I would probably give it a 8 as the first two I mentioned would get a 9 or 10. I have not seen Ponyo yet but Hayao Miyazaki created really enjoyable films.
