Any keys to unlock my locked jaw?

This was my question last year when I suffered a week of jaw pain. I was having my lunch then suddenly laughed so hard because dad is saying a funny story. All of a sudden I can't move my jaw and it was so painful that I was not able to finish my lunch. All week I had to eat less and just drink more because of such pain. This afternoon I was about to eat a lasagna when I suddenly felt the same pain when I opened my mouth. I did not opened it widely and I am not laughing or doing anything to cause such pain. It just happened. I don't actually know what to do now to have it back to normal, I was trying to chew gums - don't know if this will help.

i think it would be better if you consult a medical doctor about this one.

my friend experienced this in the past. he go to the doctor and they gave him an injection around the jaw and make them loosen and not locked anymore. I think it's better to check your jaw up to a doctor.

I guess I need to exercise my jaws and chew gums so it will eventually loosen up a bit and get relaxes. right now whenever I chew and grind I feel the pain. I read it's connected when there is infection in the throat or pain in the ear. Before it happened yesterday I earlier felt like my hearing became abnormal for few seconds.

I think this can be done only by reflexology. I remember my classmate who have an older brother in air force and they also practice some emergency first aid and one of them is treating a lock jaw. I hate it also whenever i experienced it, it feels like I don't want to work or move anymore.

Last year was the hardest. I'm glad that this is not that worst as compared to last year. I still can eat though I feel the pain and hear a little sound when I'm moving it.
