Pying site or scam

Hi, mylotters i want to ask you do someone knows about 20dollars2surf is it really a paying site or is it a scam? Before four or five days i downloaded their banner and i left it every day to run and i`m collecting points, but today when i tryed to log in into my account in the site their shows me a message that i`m in other country (i`m not i`m at home) and i can`t log in i don`t know why. Does someone know something about the site?

ya its a legal site.well i don't usually logout there but i experienced same problem there.But i thought it was change of browsers or maybe dynamic ip address.
I think they tell you to confirm as well.I fixed when i logged in ith the same browser i joined.

I think next month I will withdraw some though.but i have seen my upline paid who is very close to me and as well as in forums payment proof.I believe 400000+ members can't be scammed.I researched many places before i joined there and found ok.ya many complains they send payment late in about 3 months time through alertpay but otherwise its a great site to have fun.

Well, that site may really pay, but it would be really a slow earning, especially if you have no referrals.. 
And by the way, about your issue of changing country, I think the reason was the changing IP address because of dynamic IP. If you encounter the same problem in the future, try to check your IP's geo location at http://showip.net/
