Old Friends

One of the greatest title we can have is "old friend". We never appreciate how important old friends are until we are old. We then have to nurture and grow these friendships over our middle age when a busy life and changing geographies can cause us to neglect those friends. Today is the day to invest in those people we hope will call us 'old friend' in years to come.
a friend is someone who understand our past, believes in future, and accepts you just the way you are. Even though we've changed and we're all finding our all place in the world, we all know that when the tears fall or the smile spreads across our face, we'll come to each other because no matter where this crazy world take us, nothing will ever change so much to the point we're not all still friends.

Old friendships are to be valued at an identity level. There is little scope for foppishness n old friendships. Old memories both bitter and joyous come back into the fray when old friends gather. It is precious ...those relationships of the yonder.

Welcome to myLot Nainina .Old friends should always be treasured as new is silver , old is gold .I know with time we move apart and not always we can keep in touch but we keep remembering them if not always . I have not been in contact with many old friends but I sometimes miss them . I know we have to accept things and nothing is perennial in this world . Let's pray silently for all those lost friends and hope one day we will meet them .

I beg to differ- Friends, even old friends are good to have, but family has them beat by multitudes. I'm 78 and don't have any close friends and don't miss them even a little, but I do have a wonderful family. The older you get the more important your family becomes. Sure friends are fine but its Family that Matters!

It is really a naked truth.we cant measure the value of friends when they are beside.then they are like the flowers at our door step.but,when they are apart,we miss the fragrance of that flowers.so keep warmth of friend ship for ever.

some friends you can trust but make a limitation i dont tell everything to my friend coz i am afraid if that one day we fight and she will betray me..
