How can I upload my profile picture?

Hello friends, i guess mylot isn't friendly to me. I tried to look for the botton where I can update my profile picture but I couldn't find it. Now, I'm seeking for your help. How can I update my profile picture?

hi bolive its easy you just need to go to the page preferences,see change my avatar,press yes, then you can browse for the picture you want. highlight it press enter then go down in the left hand corner and press update, in seconds you will have a profile picture.I too did not know how but PurplePeopleEater clued me in. very easy once you get on preference3s page.
