Mixed Decisions on Issue 2

Ever since the ads for issue 2 have been on TV and campaigned in the community, there have been mixed decisions on this issue. some people say vote yes on it, but then some people say to vote no on it. It is really depressing when the people who do commercials for this issue cannot make up their minds on whether to vote yes or no. In some cases, there vis not enough information on why people should vote yes or no because there has been only short descriptions and less details on this issue. I feel that the people who are suffering should not have to suffer anymore, so what would you vote on issue 2, yes or no?
