It's interesting to read the works of Shakespeare. In his work - " As You Like It" he speaks about the seven ages of man. While reading accross his exposition man undergoes seves stages from his life to deathe these seven stages are : - 1. Infancy, 2. Whining School Boy, 3. Early youth, 4. Soldier, 5.Adulthood, 6. Middle age, 7. Old age. Those who live long undergo these stages. From one to fourth age the child behaves sponteneous, it learns through trial and errors, eats without a time table, and lives with total care of parents. This is the golden age of the children who are nursed by thewir parents with great commitment for their growth and development. The children are like the earthen vessle. We need to handle them carefully. The children need love, attention, care, tolerance and great comprehension. But a great care has been needed not to spoil the child nor to record in its subconscience the painful experience. The parents need to be expert psychologists to watch and study their children, love them sincerely but educate them to be the responsible adults. The parents need to provide great warmth but also educate them to withstand conflicts with serenity without becoming the victims of the sad experience. The saddest day of the child's life perhaps is the day when they enter the classroom for the first day and get bewildered to see the strange faces. For this reason the parents need to educate the children to be in the group before admitting them to school.Today most of the parents have only one child. It will be very hard for the child to be in the classroom if it had never been in a group before. The teachers have a great responsibility to love the children without showing favoritism or threatening the children for every mistake. The teachers need a great tact to deal with the children when they are at mischief. At the third stage the child enters into youthhood. the budding teenager becomes more romantic and sentimental. He like to love, compose the most loving lovesongs and gather friends. He reserves his love for someone as special. This is the most delicate stage of the teenager. If the teenager commits error the nature does not forgive. The teenager loves hero worship and likes to commit himself to a group rather than to his family. At the fourth stage this teenager becomes a soldier and learns to commit his life even under oath and tries to acquire more dignity and reputation. At the fifth stage of adulthood this teenager becomes more serious and responsible to his life. He commits himself to his family and to his children. Many youth who had wasted their life undergo a transformation. Many change their lives and they become more stable and accountable. At the sixth stage the one who was a child once, now he is an accomplished man. He tries to provide safety to his children and makes plans to live worthily as a senior citizen At the seventh stage man begins to decline with so many wrinkles on the face and hands, with so many ailments and deteriorating in health. Many become more childish during their old age. One they who were strict disciplinarians to their children now they become more indulgent to their grand children and do not admit the discipline imposed by their children on their grand children. At every stage man undergoes a transformation. What we need is the fortitude to face life with serenity and live under sound mental balance.

Will Shakespeare is always fascinating. I have to reread As You Like It. But I think you gave here a good analysis for students studying Literature, LOL. Made it easy for them...
