Have you heard or used SBI or Site Build It?

I came across of SBI through the web when I was browsing for travel tips to Vietnam. One website was built through SBI. I got interested and explored further. SBI will host the site for a fee, could be monthly or annual payment. They will also provide the tools on how to build the website and at the same time they will help to drive traffic to the site. I have read testimonies of users that it worked very good for them. Of course being a mylotter, I would like to check with the community if anyone used them already and how it worked. I don't mind paying but I would like to make sure that it would really bring revenue.
