Christmas Bonus is only for those who worked as an Employee.

A pleasant day to all,
Only few weeks left then it is already Christmas time. As the many people waits for this for some reasons. As others wait for this season because of the holidays to be spend with their loved ones and families. Others wait for this season because this is the only time that they will gonna have some days to relax. And others wait for this season because they will have a christmas bonus. The bonus that will only be applicable to those who worked as an employee.

Hi Airasheila, actually not all oompanies give bonus for Christmas.
It depends on their financial year closing.
Some companies give out bonus in April, and a few in August.
i think it is just how we manage our finances.
Those on contract jobs get completion bonus after they have completed the contract. It can be after six months or a year.

you have a point on that. as when the recession starts, some companies starts to observed austerity in giving some benefits to their employees.

That is the benefit of being employed offline they will receive 13th month pay and bonuses. Anyway we are also lucky because we know that we can earn through online.

Not anyone gets that Christmas bonus. I worked in the Middle East before with a Muslim boss, so the company didn't give a bonus. All we are waiting though is our annual pay

Not everyone who are working are also getting a bonus from their employer.
Lucky are those ones who will be given extra salary and bonuses,while some do not received any.
But yes, most of the employed ones are expecting this amount to buy some extra needs and gifts as well.

i am waiting for december because that is my birthday month and because of the bonus that we will hopefully get and because of the give aways that our employer will hopefully give. i may not be able to spend it with my family because we still have to work but i try to enjoy it anyway.
