A good place to rent in Manila or Taft Area

My brother was browsing and searching for a possible place where he could moved out. The area where he is living in was getting to much noise and trouble. He doesn't like to involve to any problem on that place to he likes to move out.
Do you know any place in Taft Area or Manila where he could find a good place to Rent a Room or possible a Bedspace.

I once lived around Ysidoro Street (near Singalong Street). I think there are several place that your brother can rent. Unfortunately, I forget the exact location. It was almost 4 years ago. But, I am sure the environment is still quiet enough. Some of my friend, rent at the place above yellow cab pizza near Vito Cruz station, but I am not recommend this because it is noisy from the traffic and LRT line.
Wishing your brother can get new place soon.

If your brother needs a place that's really quiet and safe, I guess you could recommend renting a place in Quezon City. The area in Taft is a busy area because of the schools in that place. Quezon City is a very good place to live in because it's somewhat more quiet that Manila. Just my 2 cents.

if your brother is looking for a place that is not too expensive he can try to look in the area near st. scholastica's college. when he sees jollibee vito cruz which is near the vito cruz lrt station, he needs to turn left and then turn right at the first street he will see. there are lots of space for rent there.
