Recently I have been experiencing the migraine attack. I can tell you that the pain is very terrible. Before migraine attacked me, I experienced a glaring vision, not long after that I feel a terrible headache. The headache attacks one side of the head only. As for my case the headache will be followed by vomiting. What are the things that I need to do to avoid the migraine attack? What are the food that I need to avoid and the food that I need to take in order for me to avoid the migraine attack?

Sorry I am of no help regarding this health issue. The least I can do is to ask you to go to the doctor so they can give you proper medication or treatment. I can understand the intensity of the pain when migraine attacks you, so you better hurry before it gets more serious.
