He's got the worst hygiene...ever

So there is this guy I work with. He just stinks big time that I hold my breath when he sneeze. It looks like he takes a shower only every other Monday. Does not brush his teeth, smokes and drinks soda or coffee all day.
My boss won't even talk to him up close anymore because he gets sick when he does. A lot of people told him how he stinks but he just won't do anything about it.
Help!

Okay sweetie.
I know its not easy, but don't panick, okay.
Now, go to the shop.
Buy one bar of the strongest soap you can get.
A toothbrush and some toothpaste.
Make that a strong menthol one if you can find any.
Give hime all of that as well as the receipt.
I am sure he will get the point.

Well, I can secretly do that or probably ask another guy to hand it over to him. We placed a bowl of Menthos on his desk but his smell is just overpowering everything. Thanks for your input.

Lol It is best to think of a way to let him know how you feel about it. Maybe you can give him a gift basket, full of body products like deodorant, soap, tooth brush and toothpaste, and perfume. Make a very nice package so he will not be insulted. 
Maybe you can also tell him directly about it, while joking or something.
