For 11 years irome sharmila has been on a hunger fast,protesting against the Armed forces special power act in manipur in india. she atarted to go on hunger stike because tha act provided the military more powers and it lead to terror of armed forces and many innocents killed. eleven years later nothing has changed.she was arrested for attempting suizide.And force feeded by using a tube through her nose. sharmila live in her seculation.waiting for a day when her penance will bear fruit. and now india government is on the way for changing the act.sometime she will win over the act
