Hello mylotters! Have you experience any allergies? How or what did you do/apply to make your allergies gone? What kind of allergies have you experienced? Were there red spots or your skin was itchy or you kept on sneezing/coughing? Do you have any idea on what causes allergies and how to cure/stop them?

i am allergic to dust and pollen and causes me to sneeze and have a runny nose, but just last week, i had an allergic reaction to something that i don't know and it caused red patches on my skin on almost half of my body including my face.

Maybe it was something that you ate. Are you okay now? Are the red patches gone already? Well, I hope so. The most important thing to know when you have allergies is to find out what's causing them so that you'll be able to avoid those allergens. Thank you for responding.

The best way to combat allery is to identify what is causing it, actually it's a body reaction brought about by the production of histamines, I think the best thing to do is consult your doctor and ask what anti-histamine is best suited for you.

True. The best way to prevent allergies is to first find the cause of the allergy. After knowing, we can then avoid the allergen. Yeah we can also go to the doctor to find what medicine we can take for our allergies. Thanks for the advice and for responding as well.

I guess that's the best way to prevent allergies. We have to avoid the triggers. If we are able to do so, then surely the allergies will not come back anymore. Thank you for responding.
