In modern society we often have to face pressure of work, responsibility for family, complicated communication...too much problems need to solved within little time. And sometime we can lose control, being get into temper, shout at everyone. This behavior has negative effect on communication with other people. I wonder how did you keep your temper in that case?

I try to concentrate on what I have to do and organise myself, instead of spending my energy in shouting to others. But arguing is inevitable sometimes, if you expect them to support you and they don't recognise your efforts. What I always say to myself is "don't do to others what you don't want them to do to you".

I guess I just set the priorities, I think about what needs to be done and I organise my work. To avoid loss of concentration I usually need calmness so I try to isolate myself from everyone that makes me loose my temper! I mean that I consider my aim more important and I focus on that. I listen to what others might have to say and I accept constructive criticism if they have good intentions. Otherwise I just don't pay attention to them!

i could say that its really hard to deal with my temper especially here in my work because of the other department, sometimes i speak harmful words to that person without knowing that those words are foul or offensive so to avoid this i usually go outside for a minute trying to calm down my self.
