"dispute " is there such option

i done a task ,yesterday.It got rejected today.Its just a signup task.i signedup and i even got the welcome mail to my email id. It says rejected and the reason is "Not in the system for some reason" . How to dispute this,is there an option at mylot so that a dispute can be put on for approval. some sites do have this facility.Does mylot has something like that.
