I recently was turned onto the iced wines that many wineries are now offering. They wait until the grapes are frozen on the vine, creating a super sweet flavor. The end result is a dessert wine that is so sweet you will only need a small amount to enjoy. While it's a bit more expensive, it's well worth it if you're a sweet wine drinker.
