Exercise is good for the body! What shower temperature do you take after exercising? This had me confused. Or should I just take a bath with water of normal temperature?

I always take a warm shower, using somewhat lukewarm water for washing my hair. This is true for me regardless of whether I've just finished exercising or not. When I was a dance major in college, I would at times have two back-to-back classes in the morning and would end up extremely hot and sweaty after dancing nearly three hours straight. This class line-up usually occurred in the fall semester when it was freezing outside but after that amount of physical activity, the cold actually felt refreshing! Everyone who passed me would make comments such as, "Dear, where's your coat!" and "I don't know how you can come out here every day in your leotard!" It was as if they didn't realize how hot I was even though my face was all "rosy!" That is the only time I can ever recall anything super-cold caressing my body while I actually enjoyed it! I'm usually overly sensitive to changes in temperature, especially in the morning. As far as a shower goes, if it were me, I think just normal temperature would be best. I could probably only go for extra-cold for so long before I'd have to turn the heat back up (despite what my above experience may indicate!). I wouldn't go too hot either, though.

Exercise is really good to our body and could really extend our lifespan and especially keeps our body healthy since it helps us to excrete some bad toxins in our body. I usually prefer cold shower after doing exercises cause it really make me feel refresh and relax after taking a bath. I think any kind of shower we will take after exercise will be OK but we must see which of them really makes us refresh and somehow relieve those pains and tiredness in doing the exercise or workout. =)
