Legitimity of sites which you are about to start working on Online

When you are working on online programs, try to avoid joining sites which ask for registration fees/ joining fees. Also while working on online programs, keep a watch on the reviews about the site in internet in forums or review web sites so you will easily come to know about the site once it turns into scam.

Yes, I always do a background check before I start using anything or join up somewhere. Sometimes the things they list is to good to be true so I don`t even consider joining. And there are sites that praise themselves and say you will get things for free and then they ask for credit card numbers so they could verify you... why? But I can imagine that people new to the internet can fall for these things.
