What is the best paid per impression site that can be use for international user and give us decent money.I am searching easy registration and easy to earn money with traffic from all around the world

I'm not exactly sure what a paid per impression site is.
If you are talking about something where you are paid per view, the sites that do this are numerous and the best that I can figure is that you should have a variety of different sites that are using each of the different income streams so that you are able to maximize the profits that you are making from your different sites. Hi Iklananda, if you are referring to article site, you can join Experts Column and Wikinut.
If you want more than article content site, Redgage is a better choice.
You get paid for writing, uploading pictures, video and links.
The pay rate is the same.
As long as you can get visitors, you will be paid.
However, Redgage pays by giving you a Visa Debit card after you have reached payout of $25.
Expertscolumn and Wikinut pay through Paypal, and the minimum payout is much lower.
