How to go to USA?

I don't know how to enter USA, if working VISA, is that easy to process? or TOURIST VISA, how it will be? or a STUDENT visa? I don't know how to make it, how will my dream come true? When I get there I wanted to seek advise on my fractured legs, I know they have enough and equipped with the tools and knowledge on how and what to do so my ability to walk properly will get back. Aside from that I also want to visit a friend there, have fun and go around. I really hope my dream would come true by Gods blessing.

i dont know why you would want to come here. yeah maybe the doctors here are better then where your from but i wouldnt be so sure. i have been waiting over 5 months to get into a doctor and this is for something that could potentially kill me. all my life i have been going to doctors here and if they cant figure out what is wrong with me they just put me on a bunch of different meds that usually make it worse.
i dislocated my finger and the doctor ended up shattering it trying to put it back in place, i had surgery on my knee because i had a growth...(one that i could have lived with and been fine) but now i have major problems with it and might have to get a false knee (im 18)
dont put all your faith into the doctors here. i wouldnt believe all the things you here. they call the US the "place of opportunity" but in reality most of the people here are broke, cant afford doctors or even a place to live. we ship tons of money to other places but we have people here starving and nothing is being done about it.
i dont know how you would go about getting over here but i honestly dont think you will want to stay here.

I think you must go for the Tourist visa option. Getting the student visa is another thing, which i think is harder to get an approval for that. But first you must schedule an appointment with the local US embassy in your locale, secure the necessary papers and line up for an interview. Good luck gaea23, hope you'll get better soon

hello friend i am also processing vesa to enter of USA
but my problem is i need to finish my anulment case before
we process for fiancee vesa, its hard to enter to umited states
coz i try a lot of options but its really hard. all i need is waiting
my anulment and proceed next step. Hope you can enter too very soon!!! good luck
