US grants are not for personal use!

I see adds like this all the time on the internet! They say you can qualify for a grant and use it for so many things! Like to use for personal use for paying off bills for example! I have looked into this and you can not get a US Grant just for those reasons! You can to start a business,use for charities and to pay for college with a grant. I wish this would be outlawed because some people are lying just to get money out of you!

Thanks.I never really paid attention to these because I have no intention to start a business and I don't see the reason to go t school when you have no idea what to study.

I have no interest to start a busniess or go back to school. I could get a grant then but don't care to. I was lead,a few years ago,I could get one for personal use! I wasted a lot of time,not money, on line looking for one! It did not happen and never will!
