Do merchants need protection plan?

As consumers we have consumer protection plan where we get protected from bad merchants. How about merchants? They are sometimes are shortchanged by their employees and consumer. They need some protection most specially during tax season.They need it to lessen loss and tax burden.Do you agree?

Yes i agree with you.
merchant also need to get protection plan.
they also have some problem with bad customers and many more.
tax also become a big problem for some merchant i think
