As it was said in the Movie Kite Runner, I am sharing you this quote and hope to hear your thoughts mylotters! =) "It may be unfair, but what happens in a few days, sometimes even a single day, can change the course of a whole lifetime." Maybe for me I have many single days that changed the course of my lifetime. I could name a few instances like choosing the course I would take, choosing the person to date out of the others who could have been with me... And Well I do think and agree that it is true, everyday we are changing our lives...

We are faced with life's challenges every day, and these challenges would sometimes force us to make a choice. One wrong choice destroys a day, your week, or you're going to regret it the rest of your life. And not only your day or your life, but somebody else's life, too. If there's no need to rush, take time to contemplate before you act.

hi there heaven sent! you sure did provide a wonderful insight to this. It is true how we are faced to decide on a regular basis, while some decisions won't matter much - like what food to eat, where to go for the day what to do at home.. there are a lot of decisions that do matter and has to be well thought of. I would say that this will really make a difference and yes, you are correct that we have to think hard about them before we make a decision.

Hi chiyosan, That particular memorable and fateful 1 "day" would be the day I dropped out of the medical college. Due to lack of fund, I couldn't support my studies. I tried applying for scholarships but nothing worked out as my life started to take it's own course. Everything in my life changed drastically and dramatically overnight. I would never want to go through that kind of ordeal again. But like you said, things do happen to us from now and then and it sure changes our perception towards life in one way or another.

I think we all have these pivotal moments where the course of our lives changed. I don't wish to talk about one of mine, because it isn't something I'm happy about. Divorce truly changes a lot of things. I lost my home that my dad built.. I was paying the mortgage on... that was the least that I lost in my life. I cherished him more than my own life... but... enuff said.
