I Hate my internet again :-(

Hello people, I have a some paper work to be printed because the one i did was a wrong file since it wasn't converted into a PDF file.After getting that i decided to go back to ymail and have it attach again. i had to go to the netshop to have it printed. unfortunately, i got some trouble with not getting a good connection on other sites, except MYLOT! the rest , am only getting this.. [b] This webpage is not available (ex.) The server at google.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network. Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.[/b] Another problem is that I couldn't call the customer service, don't know why they aren't allowing customers to call...darn it! i probably need my brother to come over and reconfigure the connection. or i might have downloaded and update that no longer works, or a screwed up firewall or something Not funny when you got your internet back after a month and all of a sudden something goes wrong and you can't access other sites PS: am using Linux..

Can I guess which network provider you're subscribed to? Is it Globe? Coz I've been experiencing that today as well, and I am really getting frustrated right now. It shows that there is a good signal from my laptop and from the router, I just don't understand why the site I'm visiting can't be displayed most of the time.

Hello enelym001, I am using globe Broadband! when i had my disconnection i saw a lot of complaints in their fan page. This has happened only this afternoon. if you're experiencing it, i bet every globe subscriber is experiencing it, i hope. i might asked mom to change service provider if they keep this up.

We are also using a Globe Broadband. And this has happened this afternoon too, and even the other day it suddenly opened a globe tattoo website and I can't open any other site. I had to call them that day, was just so stunned how poor their service was. I realized after going to the Prolink sire that the password has been reset. Someone called the other day from Globe. And they conducted a phone survey telling me all the services and asking what my ratings are on certain things he was asking me, I really gave them the lowest ratings. Honestly I am not satisfied with their service. We're trying to switch to another provider but we still have no time for it now.

OMG! I also hate my net. If is is not working, it is slow or intermittent. It keeps cutting on me. I just wished we don't have a 2-year contract with this ISP so that we can their service off right away. Their technicians are a bunch of nonsense.

what? A letter D! those ISPs shold rtethink of their business. They are not providing the just service its customers should recieve. Did you not explain it to you professor?

I hate when that happens too... I had a project due for one of my college classes and I needed to send it to my professor online but my internet wasn't working, so I ended up dropping a WHOLE letter grade D:

Hello Jtj_Hello, That's really sad. I think in my country, they do what they want most of the time because they thought we had no where else to have our internet subscription to. technicians are definitely not committed though they always wanted to get the job done but they're commitment is definitely low

hi LK, I hate your internet connection too for the following reasons 1. We are not able to chat for a long time 2. You always response so late 3. You are beginning to rant and the list goes on hahaha I told you change it happy mylotting

Hello catch, It's not that i have much of a choice here. there's a reason too as to why we stayed in this ISP, because they have been good service to use long time and probably it's not wise to have it change later. i will talk about it with her and think about it too. thanks for the advice, lolz

I also hate my internet when display the server not found, address not found when I check then address is correct then check the net connection the net is disconnected. Reliance net is disconnected again and again then fanta feel irritated and hate from net but for some time only because net provide the money to the fanta.

I don't have such types of heavy problems but i mostly used to face disconnection of internet per minute. I always used to complain to the officers or the customer care but no use. What to do ? I tried many tricks which i got from my friends but also no use. What to do ? can you please help me ?

For me yes it is the way of life in internet some times no access but if you have good internet connection it is very okay totally.

Maybe you should find and try another connection that will enables you to have a smooth sailing internet connection. Smart offers many kinds of connection,also DSL, it is fast, that's what we are using here. Maybe you should try it.
