Do you think it adds up to your daily views? I have a Digg account and I'm not very active with it. Others say it's a good medium for getting traffic. Some say otherwise. I haven't really worked my Digg account yet. What's your take on this? Thanks!

I have also a Digg account. I created it first to do online tasks, and I installed their add-on to FireFox to digg pages easily. The add-on displays several times during the day the title of the most digged/popular pages, and there is rarely a day where I don't visit some : these pages are certainly getting a massive traffic. On the other side, submitting a page with no digs will probably not increase the traffic if you have not a large number of followers... I think followers are more easy to recruit from a blog/website page than from Digg itself.

There are several Digg add-ons for FireFox, not for your IE, mtr. The Digg toolbar distributed on the Digg website is this one : http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/digg-toolbar/

Congrats ! I was too late today, and I don't saw the +1 tasks but I had a weird task targeted for my country : a guy paid $0.30 to like a page with a Santa Claus on Facebook saying "I like Christmas".

Hello my friend! I actually had my account in digg merely because of some tasks in microworkers, haha! And when I am already a member of triond,I came to know that digg can help in traffic for our articles. I learned that we need to have so many diggs from our article to be included in the top articles of digg and that will for sure have some views from readers, according to some friends. But I'm really not active in digg. I was before but got tired of it as I don't see it in my top referring site, haha! Well, the reason for it is because I don't get so many diggs, waaa!!!

That's very promising Gerarld. Like Mtr's question, I suppose your articles get views from Digg right? How many stories do you Digg in a day?

I also have a Digg account but I'm not active there either. I sometimes go there just to post a link or two. I'm not sure if it's helping with my traffic. Is Digg like a social network? Do we need to have friends/contacts there? Sorry I'm asking you the questions, and can't help you with yours. I hope someone will come along to help us.

Some say that it is a social network, too. So, yeah! We need to have friends there in order to get traffic. I'm willing to work for it IF it really helps in bringing in traffic like in Stumbleupon. But for now, I am quite confused with this site.

I don't even have friends in twitter, it'll be much more difficult to have friends elsewhere. Most people I know really don't use any other site aside from Facebook or Youtube. It's frustrating sometimes, because I can't refer them or something. They don't even blog. They just post everything in Facebook. blech! So, it's difficult to get traffic for my blogs as well. Oh well. Why don't you give me your username in Digg and I'll add you up? And twitter too, if you have.

I'm beingwell20 in Twitter. And my Digg name, I'll send it to you on your mail. It's my email add, you see. I don't know how to change it to a username!lol! Anyway, it's easy to add up friends and followers on Twitter. Just add 10 peeps a day at least and they'll follow you. Just make sure you add those who have the same interests as you do.

Hi sis!! What is Digg?? I get a little hint from what the other members had replied above but still I can't get it.From what you said above it's a medium to get traffic. Is it as simple as posting our article's links?? Do we need to digg other people articles as well???

Hi there my friend. Well... Digg is like Stumbleupon. It's a social site for others. But for me, it's more like a bookmarking site. I post my links there so others may digg it. How to get views from there? From what I've heard, we need to get at least 1000 diggs first in order to get noticed by other diggers...

Oh dear! I'm quite slow CT!hahaha! I probably have less than 50 diggs a day. You can put your links in digg anytime. But you need to "digg" a lot, in order to get your articles dugg as well. :)

Well, I think it will increase our traffics but not as high as SU or even twitter. I observed there are few numbers of views from digg or sometimes none after I digg my article. Maybe we should also be active to their community just like other sites. I want to know how to do it as well..

I heard we need to get at least a thousand diggs first in order to get our stories "Dugg". I'm willing to give it a try. If it really works it'll be great for me. If not, it's a good learning experience (yet again) on my online earning journey.
