A pleasant day dear fellow mylotters, In life, it is indeed hard to move if you have a lot of restrictions. More so, if that restrictions are being imposed inside a home. Wherein, you cannot move freely. Hence, in every small things you are doing, you will need to consult a lot of people for their comments. And before doing the things you want to do, you will be needing their approval. Hence, there are times, you need to do it quickly, but, since you will be needing their approval first, it will cause and disturb you a lot of time before you can finish a small work or project. And these things really annoys me. Yet, before, I have a voice to decide whatever arrangement I want inside our home. But, after few years, when I came back, my voice was not significant anymore. That, it does not matter whether I like it or not, what matter is, my voice and approval was simply ignored. As they have set restrictions within that year that I was away.

maybe the people in your house are already used of you being away..that's why your voice isn't heard..but maybe time will come, there'll be no restrictions again as you continue to love in your house.. and maybe you just need to talk to the people concerned..so that everything will be settled in no time..

That is the exact reason why I love having my own place. I can do whatever I like and no one can say anything about it. But I do enjoy having a roommate though. I had a roommate before and he was super fun. We lived in an apartment. I lived there for three months. It was a bit uncomfortable at first because he was a guy but he turned out super nice.

Oh, yes, it is very hard to be in a home or a house that is so restricted. every move you make or everything you say is given a meaning - mostly somehow that the meaning is disheartening, right? Hay for me, i think i wont be able to really stand a day if everyone or at least someone would be on my neck or on my throat every time!

Its also the same at work. Before making a decision, there are times that you would need to consult with your boss before really finalizing something. Sometimes, just to make it formal, acknowledging the position of your superior, but most of the time, its for the better of the company or business. It can be time consuming specially when you have to wait for the approval, but atleast you are sure with your decision because it has you boss' blessing.

A pleasant day to you too. Restrictions are just imposed to be broken to me! (HAHA) But, really, no joke... I don't follow house rules. Call me hard headed but I always reason with my mother at almost everything. But, take note, I CAN PULL IT OFF. I don't just reason about anything that I'm not sure about. Your case, do you really need to consult almost everyone? That's gonna be hard! Ultimately! Planning, you might be doing that and how much you feel like the plan is perfect people around you still keep questioning your ground. I would really suggest that you do something for yourself! You don't live in this world to please the people around you. Do something great and prove it to them the YOU - the ignored voice - can do it! Show them! See their reactions! (I believe in you! Everyone should only be set free to be able to FLY! I wonder why people don't like to think it that way.. Dictations aren't good to the person, especially to their mental health.) Please, for us, for me, for mylotters, don't live your life for them.

Hi aira, Good day.. To start with,i was thinking of the "voice was not significant anymore", maybe things change and the people in your house was creating a rules that was good for everyone if not you can still voice out what you think is the best. Restrictions maybe annoying sometimes but it would be great if you will break it into pieces and make a note for the common good of everyone in the house. Talk to everyone if you find out any rules that will not benefit all persons that lives there... Talk openly to them...

Hello! Before anything else, I would like to greet you an Advance Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year :). Talking about restrictions, living in a house which is not yours and you just rent it is an example of a place where having many restrictions. You must do the rules of the house and if you tried to dis obey one of it, you will get in trouble so need to be aware. Yes I agree that there are times that instead you will do something and to be finish quickly, it will going to be disturb because there's such thing that need to have an approval to the owner. So for me, it was so hard and difficult to live in that particular place with lots of restrictions.
