My sister-in-law works at Dubai and she says Palm Beach has been developed in a western style - very clean.

Dubai is fast becoming international tourist attraction destination. The Palm beaches are feast to the eyes, so good and so clean. No where in the world any one can see gold ornaments are kept so open on a table like someone selling groundnuts.
