Toshiba NB550 or ASUS transformer Prime?

I am planning to buy a netbook instead of a laptop that was so heavy. I was able to earn 15K for the purchase. However, my budget can only afford the Toshiba. Then I saw this ASUS that looks like a tablet and can also be used as a laptop. It is not out yet. Should I wait for the prime or should I proceed buying the Toshiba? By the way, I already have an Android tablet.
